MENTORING 2 GO
SIDE EVENT Take the opportunity to benefit from a 1:1 mentoring session and ask your questions directly to industry experts.

Change is the new normal.
What may sound like a cliché has long become reality: business models are collapsing, job profiles are blurring, and technology is accelerating everything. In this world, standard solutions no longer apply. The result is a lack of orientation, especially in the creative industries.
According to the Future of Jobs Report 2025 by the World Economic Forum, 92 million jobs will disappear over the next five years. At the same time, 170 million new ones will be created. 39 percent of today’s relevant skills will lose their importance. The question “What now?” is on many people’s minds, from students to experienced professionals.
That’s where our format comes in: “Mentoring to Go” is an open space for reflection, inspiration, and new perspectives. No small talk, no self-promotion – just honest conversations at eye level.
