DAN PEARLMAN
DESIGN (GER) Nicole Srock.Stanley, Founder & CEO of dan pearlman, and hospitality strategist Philipp Kirnbauer explore how spaces, brands, and experiences shape human behavior, connection, and belonging.

Nicole Srock.Stanley is a futures researcher, experience designer and entrepreneur exploring one central question: How can we redesign the places we inhabit to help humans thrive?
Combining futures research, behavioural science, placemaking and immersive storytelling, she develops new frameworks for cities, destinations and public spaces that respond to our biological, emotional and social needs. Inspired by Blue Zones, environmental enrichment and regenerative thinking, Nicole advocates for places that promote longevity, wellbeing, belonging and resilience.
As founder of the dan pearlman Group, she has spent more than two decades creating award-winning destinations and experiences where commerce, culture, nature and community come together to generate lasting social and economic value.
Driven by her passion for climate action, she also founded Climate Education GmbH and serves as Creative Lead of POLAR EXPERIENCE, an immersive exhibition that combines world-leading climate science, storytelling and entertainment to inspire action for climate and biodiversity.
For HUMAN ZOO. Humans are animals too., Nicole joins forces with Philipp Kirnbauer to challenge the way we think about ourselves—not as separate from nature, but as one species among many. Their talk explores what happens when we begin designing our environments with humans in mind as the animals we truly are.
Philipp Kirnbauer is a design strategist and hospitality visionary with over 25 years of experience reimagining how spaces shape culture, connection and collaboration.
Working at the intersection of hospitality, real estate strategy, design and human behaviour, he investigates what makes places truly resonate, creating belonging and social gravity.
He has worked with global leaders including the United Nations, Apple and EHL Hospitality Business School, turning real estate into a strategic tool for human flourishing, and curates an ongoing series of research dialogues on spatial experience in hospitality.
Nicole & Philipp will speak at Forward Festival Berlin.
