Vanessa Olt is a Berlin-based business consultant and a trusted voice in the creative industry. Since 2018, both as a solo-entrepreneur and during her time as a founder of Nea-Kosma, she has worked with established design studios such as Dinamo Typefaces, HelloMe and Studio Yukiko to achieve more clarity through looking at their finances.
Her journey began in fashion before she transitioned into international business and accounting, giving her a unique perspective on the creative world and a systematic approach that is the foundation of her work today.
Vanessa's approach is about co-creation and connection: She helps clients use data to support their decisions, not just their gut feelings, while holding space for the emotions and processes that arise with financial topics. Some would also call it "Therapy for your finances" ;) Her empathetic and hands-on guidance has made her a popular speaker—she and Rea Stamatoulakis have given lectures at Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach and Akademie der Künste Stuttgart amongst others.
