At COLORS AND THE KIDS, our playful exploration uncovers new ideas and approaches, shaping them into refined productions. We collaborate with brands and agencies that share our commitment to original thinking, exploring new genres, and pushing the boundaries of brand impact — crafting solutions that evolve with their identity. From our Berlin-based studio, we take a dynamic approach to unlock the magic of brand-led sensory storytelling. Our name reflects and reaffirms our approach, reminding us to dream big and let our curiosity lead the way through our tried-and-true process.

Ronny Schmidt is an Operations Director and 3D Designer. Drawn early to the creation of three-dimensional worlds, he began 3D modeling in the late 1990s. He studied Multimedia Design at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle and Graphic Design at the Estonian Academy of Arts in Tallinn, before focusing on complex visual concepts for commercial productions. Fluent in bridging the early stages of design with final 3D execution, he collaborates with an international network of interdisciplinary artists. In 2018, he embraced a permanent role as a 3D Director at CATK, contributing his expertise to transformative projects for global giants like IBM, Apple, Google, Nike, and Lego.

Natalia Acevedo Ferreira is a Creative Producer from Colombia. She holds a Master’s in Space Strategies from Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin and a BA in Visual Arts from Javeriana University in Bogotá. At CATK, she leads strategic collaborations between creative teams, global brands, and cultural institutions. Natalia values working with brilliant teams and genuine people who inspire and challenge each other daily, channeling that energy into beautiful outcomes.
